Where is Shahbaz Sharif?

I am an educationist and belong to Samundri. I am doing extraordinary work in the field of education. I am trying to get government help to carry on my work on education.
The president of PML(N) Mian Shahbaz Sharif is an extraordinary leader and administrator. I appreciate his desire to bring about radical changes in the field of education. . For the last eleven months I have been trying to contact him but there has been no progress till this day.
